in this slow paced class you will focus on the flow of energy through pathways in the body known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as meridians.  Yin Yoga hellps to improve flexibility by releasing deeply-held tensions and restrictions in the fascial network that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, nerves, and organs.  Improve emotional awareness and stability and an overall reduction in symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep imbalance.  All levels, bodies, and abilities are welcome
