      in this slow paced class you will focus on the flow of energy through pathways in the body known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as meridians.  Yin Yoga hellps to improve flexibility by releasing deeply-held tensions and restrictions in the fascial network that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, nerves, and organs.  Improve emotional awareness and stability and an overall reduction in symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep imbalance.  All levels, bodies, and abilities are welcome

      Country Line Dancing lessons promises to be great fun. Join us  for our Second Saturday night tradition, arrive alone or bring a partner and learn today’s most popular dances. This 120-minute event includes a 60 -minute lesson followed by 60 minutes of dancing. Pizza, Beer and Wine included.  Pre-Register is possible, helps us plan for food and drinks. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!!
