I have years of dance and choreography in my background and have recently become Stott Pilates Certified. My dream to open an adult dance studio started 10+ years ago. Dancing and movement have always been a passion of mine and I hope to share that joy with others. Recognizing the challenges

Dancing and movement have always been a passion of mine and I hope to share that joy with others. Recognizing the challenges of maintaining an active lifestyle amid busy schedules, my aim is to assist busy adults in uncovering the profound well-being that arises from embracing physical movement.
